PRESS BRAKE
A cut blank becomes a formed part when the bends put its faces, flanges and connection points in the right places. The finished geometry is what the assembly depends on.
Bring your press brake forming requirements to PTB. Send the material and thickness, finished drawing, quantities and the dimensions that matter to fit.
If the part also needs holes, cutouts, welding or finish, include those requirements before the manufacturing route is set. The order of operations needs to suit the complete part.
A model or flat pattern helps, but don't leave the finished bend requirements out of the drawing. We'll work through the process and tooling around the part rather than assuming one setup fits every material and shape.
