TUBE LASER
When a tube needs profiles, openings or prepared connections, the cutting plan should account for the finished assembly. A feature that looks simple in a model still has to work with the material, tube section and later operations.
Bring the tube laser requirements into your project conversation with PTB. We'll review the geometry and confirm the appropriate manufacturing route before quoting the work.
Send the tube section, material, wall, drawing and model, along with quantities and the features that control fit. Tell us whether the tube will be bent, welded or finished afterward. Those steps belong in the plan from the start.
If cutting is only one operation in a larger part, show us the assembly too. That helps us discuss a complete route instead of treating each operation as a separate problem.
PLAN THE CUT AROUND THE CONNECTION
Plan the cut around the connection. Holes, slots and end profiles need to work with the mating part and the operations that follow. Identify the features that locate the assembly, and include material, tube section, wall thickness and quantity in your request.
