MATERIALS & SPECIFICATIONS
Start with what the part needs to do. Material selection affects forming, joining, finish and service conditions, so the grade and condition belong in the conversation early.
PTB's catalog includes aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel bends, with options that vary by product. Choose from the actual listing rather than assuming every material is available in every size, angle and radius.
For custom work, send the material designation, OD, wall thickness and any condition or specification called out on the drawing. Include documentation requirements with the RFQ. A material name by itself doesn't establish a pressure rating, a temperature rating or suitability for a regulated application.
