Every custom project starts with understanding what the part needs to do, how it needs to be manufactured, and what the finished assembly needs to achieve. PTB works directly with customers to evaluate requirements, identify the manufacturing approach, and establish a process that can produce the part consistently.
Once the requirements and manufacturing approach are understood, PTB builds the first article to verify the process, tooling, fit, and critical requirements before production. This creates a clear path from the first part to consistent repeat production.
