WHAT WE NEED FOR AN RFQ
You don't need a perfect drawing package to start a conversation. Send what you have, and tell us what the part needs to do.
The most useful details are the current drawing revision, material, tube OD and wall or sheet thickness, finished geometry, quantity and the dimensions that control fit. A model, assembly view or clear sketch can help explain the part.
Include welding, finish, inspection and documentation requirements early. If you need first-article approval, repeat releases or a target delivery window, put that in the project notes too. A requested date is something to review, not an automatic delivery commitment.
Missing a detail? Leave the project field open and explain the question. The RFQ form is there to start a useful discussion. Use its current upload instructions for supported files and sizes, and contact PTB if your files need another route.
