Performance Tube Bending, Inc. (PTB) provides tube bending, tubing, fabrication components, and related products and services. PTB may update website content, product information, availability, pricing, and these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
2 – Products, Specifications, and Availability
Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, finishes, tolerances, and other specifications are provided for general information. PTB makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but minor changes or differences may occur as products, suppliers, tooling, processes, or manufacturing methods are updated.
Products shown as available are subject to actual inventory and production capacity. PTB reserves the right to limit quantities, correct errors, discontinue products, or update product specifications without prior notice.
3 – Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order or receiving an order confirmation does not by itself guarantee final acceptance of the order. An order is accepted when PTB confirms the order for fulfillment. PTB may refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including for inventory issues, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.
Orders placed through the website are subject to the pricing, availability, and product options displayed at the time of purchase. PTB may contact the customer when additional information or clarification is required before an order can be processed.
4 – Custom and Non-Standard Work
Custom tube bending, fabrication, special-order materials, modified products, and other non-standard work may require a separate quotation, drawing, specification review, approval, sample, or other documentation before production begins.
Quoted lead times are estimates unless PTB expressly provides a guaranteed date in writing. Production timing may be affected by material availability, engineering requirements, customer approvals, tooling, production schedules, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside PTB’s reasonable control.
Once custom or non-standard work has been approved and production has begun, cancellation or return may not be available except as required by law or as agreed to by PTB in writing.
5 – Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other transaction-related charges may be added at checkout.
PTB may require payment authorization before an order is processed. If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unavailable, PTB may suspend or cancel the order.
6 – Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods and available carriers may vary by order, destination, product type, and service availability. Delivery dates provided by PTB or a carrier are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
PTB will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within any stated shipping period. If PTB cannot meet a promised shipping period, PTB will provide the customer with appropriate notice and available options as required by applicable law. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, material shortages, or other events outside PTB’s reasonable control may affect delivery dates.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery. Any visible shipping damage should be documented and reported to the carrier and PTB as soon as reasonably possible.
Order discrepancies, shortages, incorrect items, or other shipment issues should be reported promptly so PTB can investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Returns are subject to PTB approval and any return requirements communicated for the applicable product. Standard stocked products may be eligible for return when authorized by PTB and returned in unused, resalable condition.
Custom-made, modified, special-order, cut-to-length, fabricated, or otherwise non-standard products are generally not returnable unless PTB agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different result.
Unauthorized returns may be refused. Approved returns may be subject to applicable restocking, processing, or return-shipping charges when disclosed or otherwise permitted.
9 – Product Use and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for the intended application and for using products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, industry practices, and safety requirements.
PTB products are intended to be used by individuals and businesses with appropriate knowledge of the application. PTB does not provide engineering certification for a customer’s final assembly or application unless expressly agreed in writing.
10 – Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, product information, and other materials, is owned by PTB or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
